Insights Circle Podcast series: The Podcast Series aims to redefine and rethink leadership at its core to answer what makes a leader. How can one learn leadership and, most importantly, try to instigate a transition from leadership as a trait to that of skill?

BL-Insights Circle: BL-Insights Circle is a part of PGP-BL (Post Graduate Programme in Business Leadership – IIM Kozhikode's One Year MBA Programme) which revolves around providing the students in the cohort with an alternative approach to leadership. A leader is not only one who blossoms in a difficult situation but also trusts the processes, has a goal in mind and focuses on the aim.
